Leadership development and stress management

Event Description

This training intends not only on raising participants’ awareness on how leadership skills contribute to effective stress management in the workplace but also on training and enhancing their professional competences according to the much-needed skills for their curriculum.

The training of these skills will be made through the leadership game (board & digital) developed under IO3/A3 and the e-learning contents developed under IO4/A1, which are part of the LEADCOR project. The event will count with 28 participants and will be hosted by IPS_Innovative Prison Systems in Lisbon.
