Sharpening professionals’ skills, particularly proactiveness and a sense of initiative, to create solutions related to education needs in the prison context

Estimated duration: approximately 7h per week, for 3 weeks.

This course requires a pre-registration.
It refers to the management of expert tutoring and group activities.

Qty:

This course focuses on developing professionals’ proactiveness and sense of initiative skills applied to the prison context. Participants will acquire knowledge on following the innovation cycle – from identifying a need to creating a solution for it, mobilizing resources, implementing and evaluating the generated socio-educational value. Moreover, trainees will be taught to pinpoint suitable tools to develop initiatives to fulfil prison education needs.

• Prison staff (top and middle management, reintegration and education staff, prison officers, teachers,
trainers, administrative or assistant staff)

Training modality
• Live online sessions with a trainer and self-study

Pre-requisites
• A minimum of 16 participants is required to start this course.
We will make sure the groups are formed accordingly once the 16 enrolled trainees are reached.
